Since 1992 she has founded and co-directed independent cultural organizations in Bologna devoted to transdisciplinary research, including Link Project (1994>2000) and Xing (2000>). Among the projects directed and curated with Xing that have marked specific multi-year investigation cycles: F.I.S.Co. Festival Internazionale sullo Spettacolo Contemporaneo (2000>2011), Netmage International Live Media Festival (2000>2011), Live Arts Week (2011>2021). Since 2003 she has co-curated a continuing program at Raum, Xing's space in Bologna. In 2021, reflecting on the post-pandemic perspectives of live arts, with Xing she lauched a vinyl-only record project, Xong collection, dedicated to personalities in the worlds of performativity, offering this sonic field as a platform to expand their staged worlds.
