Endi Tupja
is an artist, filmmaker, and cultural practitioner based between Berlin and Tirana. Her research centers on experimenting with strategies of memory recuperation, visuality and the subverted geomorphometry influencing identity and history. A continuous attempt to challenge certain ideas of institutional formality in artistic research and academic language, are clearly perceivable throughout her work. She is currently part of the Fellowship Program for Art and Theory at Künstlerhaus Büchsenhausen in Innsbruck (Austria). She was awarded a CAS SEE fellowship by the Regional Center For Advanced Studies at the University of Rijeka (Croatia) for her research on the project All the Missing Caregivers.
