NERO is an international publishing house devoted to art, criticism and contemporary culture. Founded in Rome in 2004, it publishes artists’ books, catalogs, editions and essays.

NERO explores present and future imaginaries beyond any field of specialization, format or code – as visual arts, music, philosophy, politics, aesthetics or fictional narrations – extensively investigating unconventional perspectives and provocative outlooks to decipher the essence of this ever changing reality.

Amelie Aranguren

(Madrid, 1970). Since 2011 she has been part of INLAND – Campo Adentro, an artistic collective founded in Spain in 2009. Guided by a strong artistic sensibility and grounded in a close connection with the rural world, INLAND promotes the encounter between the countryside and the city as the foundation for sustainable development strategies. Amelie Aranguren is currently in charge of the Centro de Acercamiento a lo Rural, one of Campo Adentro’s headquarters in Madrid.
